The short version
Flashcards and Euclid's Game are free for every family. Extra Practice and the rest of the Arena unlock with a one-time Founding Scholar pass at $9.97. The site is practice, not a school, and not a second curriculum.
Who may use it
You must be old enough to form a contract in your region, or use the site with a parent. The adult owns the account. Do not share a login in a way that pretends to be another person.
The lifetime pass
The Founding Scholar pass is a single payment, not a subscription. It unlocks the paid Arena activities available now and those we add later to this same library, for as long as we operate the site. It is not a promise that every future idea we ever have will ship, or that the site will exist forever.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. If you already hold the pass, we will not create another charge. If something goes wrong after you pay, write feedback@classicalmath.games and we will match the receipt to your account.
Refunds
If the pass did not unlock, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it. Other refund requests are considered case by case.
What this is not
The activities are educational practice. They are not medical, diagnostic, or accredited coursework. You remain responsible for how you use them with your child.
Conduct
Do not try to break, scrape, or resell the site. Do not use it to harm a child. We may close an account that is abused.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Classical Math Games is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months (for most families, $9.97).
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
