Terms of Use

The short version

Flashcards, Match & Sort, and Euclid's Game are free for every family. Extra Practice and the rest of the Arena unlock with a School Pass or Annual. A Founding Scholar lifetime pass bought earlier stays lifetime. The site is practice, not a school, and not a second curriculum.

Who may use it

You must be old enough to form a contract in your region, or use the site with a parent. The adult owns the account. Do not share a login in a way that pretends to be another person.

The passes

School Pass is one payment of $97. It lasts ten years from the day you pay. After ten years the pass ends. We will offer an extension before it ends. Access is not lifetime. For a child in elementary or middle school, ten years runs through senior year. A student already in high school gets the years left in the ten, not a new diploma clock. One login. Every child in the house uses that login. There are no child profiles.

Annual is $47 per year. It renews yearly at $47 until you cancel. Cancel online at classicalmath.games/account. We email you 15–45 days before each renewal. Access continues through the year you have paid. The first annual cohort needs that pre-renewal email before month 11. That email is not built yet.

Founding Scholar ($9.97 once, lifetime) closed to new families at Sat Oct 17, 2026, 11:59 PM MT. A Founding Scholar lifetime pass already granted stays lifetime. It is a single payment. It unlocks the paid Arena activities available now and those we add later to this same library, for as long as we operate the site. It is not a promise that every future idea we ever have will ship, or that the site will remain online without end.

Checkout is handled by Stripe. If you already hold the pass, we will not create another charge. If something goes wrong after you pay, write feedback@classicalmath.games and we will match the receipt to your account.

Refunds

Use a Founding Scholar pass, School Pass or Annual for 30 days. If it is not a fit, email feedback@classicalmath.games and we refund the full payment. No form. No hoops. This is not a promise about grades. If a pass did not unlock, or you were charged twice, write the same address and we will match the receipt.

What this is not

The activities are educational practice. They are not medical, diagnostic, or accredited coursework. You remain responsible for how you use them with your child.

Conduct

Do not try to break, scrape, or resell the site. Do not use it to harm a child. We may close an account that is abused.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Classical Math Games is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
